2. Take the Accuplacer Test.

Testing will cost $10.00. You may retest anytime after 24 hours. Retest Fee is $10.00 per section. You may retest every 30 days after your first retest. There is an on-line study resource at: http://www.arapahoe.edu/studentsvcs/testing/placement.html

• no-fail, untimed test
• assess your skills in reading, English and math
• helps us recommend courses to ensure your success. You may be exempt from the Accuplacer if you have ACT, SAT, college-level classes, bachelors degree or completed remedial course(s).
  Some programs do not accept Accuplacer exemptions; please contact Testing Center 303.797.5993 for more information.

3. Meet with an Advisor
• advising required if seeking degree or certificate
• group advising sessions provide opportunity to meet with advisor for class selection, campus resources, and take campus tour
• review your Accuplacer scores and any previous college transcripts and find out which programs and courses transfer to four-year schools

4. Online Registration
• Register for classes via the new Student Information System or
• Walk-In Registration, the week prior to the first day of class
