Transcript Requests and Evaluations

There are two easy ways to order your Official Transcripts from ACC

To Order ACC Transcripts Online Through the MyCommunity EDUCATION

If you took any courses in Summer Semester 1996 or later, you should order your transcript through the MyCommunity EDUCATION, using your S# and six–digit PIN.

  • If you also have academic records prior to Summer Semester 1996, these will not show up in the MyCommunity EDUCATION. ACC will, however, be able to send them to you with your transcript request.
  • If you need assistance with your S# or PIN, call the Admissions and Records Office at 303.797.5621, or:
    • Please include your full name, address, telephone number, and date of birth in your e–mail.

If all of your classes were taken in the Spring of 1996 or earlier, you will need to order your official transcripts using the ACC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF).

To Order Using the ACC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF)

All students may request their Official Transcripts by downloading, completing, and submitting an ACC Official Transcript Request Form (PDF). You may submit your request by:

  • Faxing the form to the Admissions and Records Office at 303.797.5970.
  • Returning the form to Information Central on the Main Campus.
  • Mailing the form to:

    Arapahoe Community College
    Admissions and Records Office
    Attention: Transcripts
    5900 South Santa Fe Drive
    Littleton, CO 80160

ACC will process all transcript requests within three (3) business days of receiving the request. If you have questions, please call the ACC Admissions and Records Office at 303.797.5621.

PLEASE NOTE: The aforementioned processes incur no costs to students*(third party requests, please see the information below*).

Same-Day pickup or mailing-$10.00 per copy, request must be received by 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time of the day the request is to go out. If not received by this time, the request will be sent the following business day via the requested means.
