+ Variable Fees
Student Activity Fee
Helps finance the activities and organizations of our student body. Fee is $3.20 per credit hour, up to a maximum of $38.40.
Student Body Fee Pays for maintenance of designated student space in the Main building. Fee is $2.40 per credit hour up to a maximum of $28.80.

# Fixed Fees
Registration Fee
A refundable charge of $11.05 per semester that helps defray the cost of registration.
Parking Fee
Allows student parking in ACC campus lots. Please refer to Parking Services section for more information. Fee is $9.40 per semester. The Parking Fee may be waived if you do not plan on parking on campus.

** COF Stipend available to Colorado residents only.
NOTE: Nursing courses are charged an additional $37.00 per credit hour.

College Opportunity Fund

The State of Colorado has always paid a portion of the total cost of higher education for Colorado residents attending Colorado public institutions for their undergraduate degrees. It will continue to do so-but the process is going to change. You have to sign up for the College Opportunity Fund. You only have to do this once. And you can do it on the Web.

Residency

  • Classified as in-state or out-of-state student according to application for admission
  • To petition your classification, submit a Petition for Tuition Classification (available at Information Central) along with supporting documentation to the Admissions and Records Office by the deadline date for the semester in which you are seeking a classification change
  • Residency requirements are determined by the Colorado Tuition Classification Law More about residency status...

Fees

  • Subject to change without notice
  • Student fees support essential activities and services, student government and organizations, and special events. The following charges apply, regardless of full or part-time status:
    • Refundable registration fee-$11.05 to defray the cost of the registration system process, advising, testing, and graduation
    • Student activity fee-$3.20/credit hour (not to exceed $38.40) to support the activities of the student body and student government
    • Building fee-$2.40 per credit hour (not to exceed $28.80) used to assist with the cost of operating and maintaining the building
    • Optional parking fee-$9.40 per semester

Alternate fees may be charged at off-campus site locations.

Additional Charges may include:

  • Malpractice insurance in specified trade courses, student health insurance, transcript charges, or program charges. Following charges not included in the tuition and fees schedule that follows.
    • Malpractice Insurance $16.00 or $62.00 depending on course
    • Transcripts $5 (walk-in and FAX), $3 (online). Call Admissions for price on special requests.
    • High-cost and medium-cost course fees for most courses $5.85 per credit hour
    • FACTS payments $40.00 set-up fees

Payment Terms-Do NOT wait for a bill

  • Please remember it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all classes are dropped timely in order to receive a refund or not be financially responsible for the classes.
  • Registering after payment deadline? Pay account in full or get deferred payment plan.
  • Sponsor paying your bill? Submit written documentation to Cashiers Office before payment deadline.
  • Receiving partial payment from Financial Aid? Pay remaining balance before payment deadline, or risk being dropped for non-payment.
  • Applying for late financial aid awards? Pay account in full unless notified by Financial Aid office.

Failure to receive bill does not relieve you of your financial obligations to the College. Please maintain a current address with the Admissions and Records office so that billing information will reach you in a timely manner.
