AQUATIC PROGRAMS
Senior Water Exercise
Jump in! The water temperature is just right for helping
eliminate those extra pounds and getting a good workout. In this
fun and invigorating environment, increase your muscular strength
and flexibility and improve your cardiovascular heath and ability
to balance using tools such as water dumbbells and noodles. Designed
for most all fitness levels and does not require the ability to
swim. Class begins on Wednesday.

Senior Water Exercise classes at various times because of
scheduling conflicts, you can now
purchase a punch card which entitles you to 15 one hour class sessions
of Senior Water Exercise during the fall session only. Attend
any
of the times listed
and the instructor will punch your card for you. THERE ARE
NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR
TIMES NOT USED ON YOUR CARD. NON-USED TIME PUNCHES MAY NOT BE USED ANY
