The Computer Network Technology program prepares individuals for jobs in the computer network field. The student will have a background in computer and hardware, software, and operating systems. Students in this program gain hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networks.

Upon successful completion of the program, the student is prepared to take the exams for A+; Network+; Novell CNE, or the Microsoft MCSE, or Cisco CCNA: and the National Association of Communications Systems Engineers (NACSE) NANS certifications, the competency standards for network specialists in the computer industry.
