Admission Requirements for MOT-Certificate Program:

• Complete Application Package (download pdf 92 KB) (to order, call 303.797.5991).
• Interview with Department Chair
• Demonstrate typing skills equivalent to 35 words per minute
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic computer skills
• Complete ACCUPLACER examination.

All major, general education, and other courses required for this certificate must be completed with a "C" or better to meet graduation requirements.
