The ACC Communication Department is here to help you attain and improve those vital oral communication skills! COM 115 Public Speaking is the course to take if you wish to improve your skills in speaking in front of a group. Whatever your career goals, you will find that enhancing your public speaking skills will benefit you. We concentrate on relating a message to an audience, overcoming speech anxiety, organizing ideas into a logical flow, and ethical speaking and listening. We are always communicating, so let's do it more effectively. We will discuss communication in relationships at work and at home. ACC offers degree programs that are guaranteed to transfer to any baccalaureate Liberal Arts and Sciences major at any public four-year college or university in the state of Colorado. SPE 115 or SPE125 are required to complete many degree programs.
